Our Rooms: Lambton Heights - Boutique B&B in Central Wellington

We have two king sized rooms and one double, all with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms are all upstairs, the king-sized rooms overlook the city and harbour and the double looks out to the garden. Each has been simply yet stylishly decorated to provide an ambience of quiet luxury.

The superking beds have electric blankets, cotton bed-linen, feather and down pillows and beautifully warm duvets. There are always fresh cut flowers, bathrobes, hairdryer and quality toiletries.

Twin beds are available in the king sized rooms if guests prefer.

Our private garden offers a spa-pool and a delightful vista of the city and harbour. Our guests have their own lounge overlooking the garden. Facilities include a small library and tea and coffee making facilities, with home baking.
